Choose product feedback for improvement signals or support requests for issues that need a reply.

Choose the right path

Use Product feedback for suggestions, confusing wording, page friction, missing features or non-blocking citation/source concerns. Use Support requests when you need a response about account access, data controls, a blocked workflow or a source/citation concern.

Product feedback

Product feedback is saved for product review and appears with a reference in your previous feedback. It does not create a support request and may not receive a direct reply.

Support requests

Support requests create a tracked request with a reference and remain visible from Account support. Support is asynchronous and should not be used for urgent legal or tribunal deadlines.

What to include

Include the affected route, decision title, research file title, memo title and a short description. Do not include unnecessary personal details or sensitive live-case material.
