This privacy overview explains the practical data-handling boundaries for Tribuno's research workspace.
Research workspace data
Tribuno stores account, organisation, research-file, case-profile and memo workflow data needed to provide the workspace. Live-case profile content may contain sensitive personal data and should be minimised.
AI-assisted processing
When case profiling or memo drafting is enabled, live-case narratives, research questions, selected source facts and related workflow context may be sent to the configured AI provider, currently OpenAI, to generate research-support output. Do not enter unnecessary personal data.
Source material
Tribunal decision material is handled as source-linked research content. Derived metadata and memo drafts remain traceable to source decisions where possible.
